How is my data secured?
Connections are HTTPS-only. Your data lives in Vercel Postgres, hosted in a region close to South Africa. Authentication is handled by Clerk with breached-password protection and per-account lockout. Optional TOTP MFA available on every account.
Which practice-management exports do you support?
Common SA exports including GoodX, Elixir, Healthbridge and Medinol. If your PMS exports CSV or Excel with claim lines, the column mapper will handle the rest.
Which medical schemes are covered?
Validation runs against ICD-10 (2026 codes), the SAMA tariff codes, and PMB rules. Scheme-specific quirks (Discovery, Medshield, GEMS, etc.) are added based on rejection data from real practices.
What happens if I ignore a flag?
Nothing — you control what gets exported. Flags are warnings, not blockers. The dashboard tracks accepted vs corrected flags so you can see what your practice routinely overrides.
How does POPIA compliance work?
We act as an operator under POPIA. Your data is processed only to validate claims; we do not sell or share it. A data-processing agreement is available on request.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Once paid plans go live, you can cancel from the billing page; existing data stays read-only at the end of the paid period.
When does paid pricing kick in?
After early access ends — we lock in early-adopter pricing for everyone who joined the waitlist before paid plans launch.
